3. In-App Virtual Assets

Virtual currency, game credits, car unlocks, and digital items acquired through in-game progression or rewarded advertising views do not possess real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our applications are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. ApexPlay Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.
